Cookies on sattakin track session state, your lobby preferences, and device type so the platform loads correctly across mobile and desktop. You can manage cookie permissions through your browser settings at any time without losing your account access.

Account Security

Two-step verification is available on all accounts and we strongly recommend enabling it. Failed login attempts beyond the threshold in our Terms & Conditions trigger a temporary lock and an automated alert to your registered email address or phone number.

Data Retention

We retain your transaction records — including UPI reference numbers, Paytm logs, and PhonePe receipts — for the period required under applicable Indian law. After that window, data is deleted or anonymised as stated in clause 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

Policy Contact

To raise a formal Terms & Conditions concern, email our dedicated policy team with your account ID and the clause number in question. We aim to acknowledge all policy emails within one business day and resolve within five business days.

Requesting Changes

You may request correction of inaccurate personal data held on your account at any time. Submit your request via the Help Centre or live chat; we will verify your identity against the account record before making any amendment to stored information.
